In accordance with the provisions of article 9 par. 5 of Law 3556/2007, Piraeus Bank informs the investors that after the completion of the share capital increase, resolved on the General Shareholder's Meeting of 30.04.2009, the Bank's share capital amounts to € 1.974.019.914,81 divided into 336.272.519 common registered voting shares and 77.568.134 preferred non - voting shares, all having a nominal value of € 4,77 each.
